From 04 January 2012 until 03 April 2012 If the booking is cancelled in the 30-day penalty period, 5 nights would be forfeited.
From the 04th April 2012 to the 17 December 2012 If the booking is cancelled in the 14-day penalty period, 3 nights would be forfeited.
14-day cancellation period for a package reservation: full package would be forfeited if cancelled.

Any revision of initial reservation dates within cancellation period or during the stay is upon approval by the Reservations Department.

Any NO-SHOW or any nights taken off the original reservation (late check-in or early check-out) within the cancellation period or during the stay will be forfeited.

Please note that our cancellation policy is very strict and therefore we recommend taking out a travel insurance.

We require each cancellation to be notified in written (by fax or e-mail) and you need to obtain in return a written confirmation from Hotel Guanahani & Spa confirming the cancellation with the cancellation conditions. In case you are unable to provide a written proof of the above required documents we are not to be held liable if the booking is still held active in our system and the cancellation policy will then apply. Cancellation notified by phone is not valid.
